Hellenic Association of Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers was founded in 1978 by visionary Greek agricultural machinery and livestock tool manufacturers who recognized the value
of uniting to meet the needs of opening markets to European Countries.
In the following years, agriculture flourished and Greek machinery and tools rose to the challenge of development by conquering the Greek market.
The Greek Manufacturers invested in technology and quality, focusing on advanced designs while meeting new
European standards.
EKAGEM always attended and organized participation in the agricultural exhibition AGROTICA, which soon became the largest and most dynamic industry show in the Southern Balkans.
EKAGEM now faces a new challenge: to help its member companies gain greater recognition in the European market and
